Why did you reject my receipt?

Receipts may be rejected if they do not meet our submission requirements. Use the checklist below to ensure that your receipt is valid before uploading.


Receipt Submission Checklist

Please make sure your receipt meets ALL of the following:

Image Quality

  • ☐ The receipt is clear and readable (not blurry)

  • ☐ The image is not partial or cut off

  • ☐ The entire receipt is visible in the photo

  • ☐ The image is not skewed 

Timing

  • ☐ The receipt was uploaded within the allowed timeframe (see FAQ for receipt validity period)

Condition of Receipt

  • ☐ The receipt has no handwriting, stamps, signatures, or marks

  • ☐ There is no extra text or objects in the background

Required Information (Must Be Visible)

  • ☐ Store name (address and phone number if available)

  • ☐ Purchase date and time

  • Total amount

  • Products and prices

  • Barcodes (if applicable)

For Long Receipts

  • ☐ If the receipt is long, it was captured in multiple clear images


Still Getting Rejected?

If your receipt meets all the requirements above but is still rejected, please send us the following:

  1. Screenshot of the receipt

  2. Date the receipt was snapped/uploaded

  3. Any error message received (if applicable)
