If you’re experiencing issues with the camera feature in the Storewards app on your Android device, try these steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Clear App Data:

    • Open your device's Settings.

    • Go to Apps or Applications.

    • Find and select Storewards from the list.

    • Tap Storage and then select Clear Data or Clear Storage. Note that this action will not affect your account history or coin balance.

  2. Reinstall the App:

    • After clearing the app data, go to the Google Play Store.

    • Search for Storewards.

    • Tap Install to reinstall the app.

    • Once the installation is complete, open the app and sign in to your account.

  3. Grant Necessary Permissions:

    • Ensure that the app has permissions to access your device's location and camera. You can manage these permissions in your device’s settings under Apps > Storewards > Permissions.
