If you’re experiencing issues with the camera feature in the Storewards app on your Android device, try these steps to resolve the problem:
Clear App Data:
Open your device's Settings.
Go to Apps or Applications.
Find and select Storewards from the list.
Tap Storage and then select Clear Data or Clear Storage. Note that this action will not affect your account history or coin balance.
Reinstall the App:
After clearing the app data, go to the Google Play Store.
Search for Storewards.
Tap Install to reinstall the app.
Once the installation is complete, open the app and sign in to your account.
Grant Necessary Permissions:
Ensure that the app has permissions to access your device's location and camera. You can manage these permissions in your device’s settings under Apps > Storewards > Permissions.
