Unable to Cashout – Troubleshooting Guide

Overview

Users may occasionally experience issues when attempting to cash out their rewards. These issues are often caused by temporary app data or outdated app versions.

If you're having trouble cashing out, please follow the steps below based on your device type.


For Android Devices

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Clear the app’s storage

  • Go to your phone’s settings.

  • Tap Apps or Application Manager

  • Locate and select Storewards

  • Tap Storage

  • Select Clear Data

2. Reinstall the app

  • Uninstall the current version of the app

  • Download a fresh copy from the Google Play Store

  • Open the app and sign in to your account again.


For iOS Devices (iPhone)

Reinstalling the app will help remove any stored data causing the issue:

  • Open your device’s settings.

  • Tap General

  • Select iPhone Storage

  • Find and tap Storewards

  • Tap Delete App

  • Reinstall the app from the App Store

  • Log in to your account again


If the Issue Persists

If you're still unable to cash out after completing the steps above, please contact support and provide the following details:

  • Date of cashout

  • Cashout option selected

  • Amount of cashout

  • Error message (if any)
