Understanding the "Pending Receipt" Status

When your receipt shows a "PENDING" status, it means we’re still reviewing it and the process may take some time. Receipts in this status will remain under review for up to 72 hours.

  • If a receipt is not processed within 72 hours, it will be automatically discarded.

  • To speed up validation, make sure your photos are clear, well-lit, and show the full receipt. The app uses automatic receipt recognition, and blurry or dark images may cause delays.

  • If your receipt is refused or discarded, you can always upload it again for another review. Don’t worry — we’ll make sure all valid receipts are eventually processed.

Tip: Clear photos = faster validation.
