When your receipt shows a "PENDING" status, it means we’re still reviewing it and the process may take some time. Receipts in this status will remain under review for up to 72 hours.
If a receipt is not processed within 72 hours, it will be automatically discarded.
To speed up validation, make sure your photos are clear, well-lit, and show the full receipt. The app uses automatic receipt recognition, and blurry or dark images may cause delays.
If your receipt is refused or discarded, you can always upload it again for another review. Don’t worry — we’ll make sure all valid receipts are eventually processed.
Tip: Clear photos = faster validation.
