How to Update Your Phone Number in Storewards?

Important Note

For security purposes, phone numbers cannot be changed directly in the Storewards app. To update your phone number, you will need to contact our Customer Support Team.

Information Required for Phone Number Update

When submitting your request, please provide the following details:

• Original Registered Phone Number – The number you first used to sign up.

• Current Phone Number – The number currently linked to your account.

• New Phone Number – The number you would like to update to.

• Registered Email Address – The email associated with your Storewards account.

• Account Status – Your current account level.

• Coins Balance – Your total coins balance.

• Recent Receipt Information – The last store receipt you uploaded and its amount.

How to Submit Your Request

1. Gather the required information listed above.

2. Email your details to support@storewards.co.

3. Our Support Team will review your request and assist with updating your phone number.
