How to Avoid Having Your Account Blocked?

To keep your account in good standing, it is important to follow the platform rules when submitting receipts and using the app. Violating these rules may result in your account being restricted or permanently blocked. Below are the actions that must be avoided.


1. Do Not Upload Photos Taken From Another Electronic Device

Receipts must be captured directly using the approved method within the app. Photos or screenshots taken from another device such as a computer, phone, or tablet are not allowed.


2. Do Not Split Purchases Into Multiple Receipts

Dividing a single purchase into several receipts in order to submit them separately is not permitted. Each receipt must reflect the original transaction exactly as it was issued.


3. Do Not Fold or Cut Any Part of the Receipt

Receipts must be fully visible and unaltered. Folding, cutting, or hiding any section of the receipt can lead to rejection and may result in account action.


4. Do Not Share Receipts With Other Users

Receipts are intended for single use by the account holder who made the purchase. Sharing receipts with other users for submission is strictly prohibited.


5. Do Not Manipulate Receipt Images

Editing, altering, or modifying receipt images in any way is not allowed. This includes adjusting text, prices, dates, or any other details.


6. Do Not Submit the Same Receipt More Than Once

Each receipt can only be submitted one time. Uploading the same receipt multiple times is considered a violation of the platform rules.


7. Avoid Repeatedly Uploading Receipts With the Same Products or Prices

Submitting receipts that repeatedly contain identical products or identical pricing patterns may trigger account review and possible restrictions.


8. Do Not Open Multiple Accounts

Each user is allowed only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is not permitted and may lead to all associated accounts being blocked.


9. Do Not Upload the Same Receipt Across Different Accounts

Submitting the same receipt using different accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement actions.


10. Do Not Use Third-Party Software

Using third-party tools, automation software, or any external applications to upload receipts or manipulate the platform is not allowed.
