  1. Check app permissions:

    • Go to your device's settings.

    • Navigate to the "Apps" or "Applications" section.

    • Find and select "Storewards."

    • Ensure that permissions for both location and camera access are enabled.

  2. Reinstall the app.

    • Go to the "General" section in your device settings.

    • Select "iPhone Storage" (or similar, depending on your device).

    • Locate "Storewards" in the list of apps and tap on it.

    • Choose "Delete App" to remove the app. Note that deleting the app will not affect your account history or coin balance.

    • Reinstall the app from the App Store by searching for "Storewards," then tap "Download" or "Get."

    • Open the app after installation and sign in to your account.

  3. Grant the necessary permissions:

    • After reinstalling, make sure to grant all required permissions, especially for location and camera access. This is crucial for the camera's functionality to work properly.
