How to Verify Your Email Address in Storewards

To keep your Storewards account secure, you’ll need to verify your email address before cashing out rewards. The good news: it’s quick and only needs to be done once.

Follow the steps below to complete your verification.

1. Update the Storewards App

Make sure you're using the latest version of the Storewards app.

• Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

• Update the Storewards app to the newest version

• Open the app and go to the Profile tab

• Make sure the email address in your Profile is correct and up-to-date.

2. Try to Cash Out

• Tap the Redeem button to start a cash-out.

• If your app was previously outdated, you may see an error. When this happens, Storewards will automatically send a verification email to your registered email address.

• Once you’ve updated the app, simply try cashing out again.

3. Check Your Email

Look for an email from Storewards in your inbox.

If you don’t see it, make sure to check your:

• Spam folder

• Junk folder

• Promotions tab (if using Gmail)

4. Click the Verification Link

Open the email and click the verification link inside.

This confirms your email address and completes the process. After that, you’ll be able to cash out your rewards normally.
