How to Clear App Storage to Fix Performance Issues?

If you’re experiencing slow performance, lagging, or errors when uploading receipts, clearing the app storage can help restore optimal performance.


?️ When to Use This Fix

Try clearing the app storage if you encounter:

  • Frequent app crashes

  • Slow loading or laggy performance

  • Errors when uploading receipts

  • The app not opening properly

  • Persistent bugs after an update


? For Android Devices

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Apps.

  3. Select Storewards from the list.

  4. Tap Storage.

  5. Choose Clear Data.


? For iOS Devices

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to General > iPhone Storage.

  3. Scroll down and select Storewards.

  4. Tap Delete App to remove any remaining data from previous installations.

  5. Reinstall the app from the App Store.


ℹ️ Important Note

  • Clearing the app’s storage will not affect your account history or coin balance.
