When to Use This Fix
Apply these steps if you are experiencing:
A “Network Error” message when using the app
The app freezing or failing to load properly
Unexpected errors after leaving the app running in the background
Quick Fix
Force Close the App
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button on older devices).
Locate the Storewards app and swipe it away to close.
Reopen the app to check if the issue is resolved.
If the Problem Persists
Clear the app storage to remove any lingering data that may cause errors.
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Go to General > iPhone Storage.
Scroll down and select Storewards.
Tap Delete App to remove any remaining data.
Reinstall the app from the App Store.
Important Note
Clearing the app’s storage will not affect your account history or coin balance.
Your progress and rewards are securely stored in your Storewards account.
Outcome
After following these steps, the app should function normally again and the network error message should be resolved.
